Foundry labor and surge production support

We've supplied labor to the metal casting industry, at our facilities and customer plants, since 2008. Tell us the operation, shifts, volume, location, and timing.

Grinding castings in the foundry.
What this covers

How the work runs

Managed labor for defined manufacturing work when demand, a quality event, or a staffing gap outruns your capacity. We agree the operation, supervision, and site requirements before starting.

What WGS does

Defined scope of work

We take on a defined operation (sorting, finishing, packaging, light assembly) with an agreed scope and supervision.

In your plant or in ours

Work can run inside your facility or move to a WGS location, which changes cost, lead time, and who provides tooling and PPE.

Surge and rapid-response coverage

Cover for demand spikes, containment, or production gaps. Start dates and staffing depend on location, so ask early.

Agreed supervision

The supervision, responsibilities, and safety arrangements are agreed in writing before work starts.

Certification and scope

WGS holds an ISO 9001:2015 certificate (Amtivo (USA) Inc., number 265299) covering repackaging, remanufacturing, warehousing, cleaning of foundry castings and light assembly at our Flint, Michigan and Tell City, Indiana locations.

If your order requires certification, confirm the operation and site are covered.
