What this covers

How the work runs

Grinding, sanding, and deburring remove unwanted material from castings and machined parts. We check the work against your drawing or an approved sample.

What WGS does

Gate, riser, and parting-line removal

Removing excess material from the areas you identify, within agreed limits.

Grinding and sanding

Controlled material removal to correct geometry and surface condition.

Deburring

Removing the burrs and sharp edges left by cutting, stamping, and forming so parts assemble cleanly and handle safely.

Salvage and remanufacturing

Recovering parts that would otherwise be scrapped, where the defect can be worked out without compromising the part.

What you get back
