Information you provide

When you contact WGS, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email, phone number, company, project requirements, and preferred location. Job applications may also include a message and an optional resume.

We use this information to review and respond to inquiries, assess requested work, consider employment applications, and manage related business communications. Submitting an inquiry or application does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Chat assistant

The website includes an automated assistant for general questions and contact requests. Chat messages and lead details can be stored by our service and included in notifications to the WGS team. Messages may be processed by external AI services through OpenRouter to generate a response.

Please do not enter confidential drawings, sensitive personal information, or private project specifications in chat. Starting a new conversation clears the conversation shown in your browser; it does not delete records already stored by the service.

Technical information and browser storage

Our hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time to operate and protect the website. Form submissions can include the source page and browser information; chat contact requests can also include an IP address.

This website does not use visitor analytics, marketing cookies, Microsoft Clarity, or session-replay tracking. Local browser storage remembers your theme preference. Session storage maintains chat state within a browser tab. A spam check may process technical information when enabled for chat contact requests.

Videos on this website are hosted with the site. Links to other websites, including social networks and map services, take you to providers with their own privacy practices.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for hosting, storage, security, email delivery, and automated chat responses. These include Cloudflare and, for chat features, OpenRouter and email-delivery services. Information needed for those functions may be processed outside your state or country.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or in connection with a transfer of the business.

Storage and privacy requests

Information submitted through forms or chat can remain in business records after your browser session ends. Retention depends on the type of record, the reason it was collected, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about retention or request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
